This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality standards in our additive manufacturing processes. You will coordinate the implementation of quality assurance processes, perform inspections and testing, and collaborate closely with the engineering team to address non-compliance issues.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and implement quality assurance processes for additive manufacturing.Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and components using various techniques to ensure compliance with relevant standards.Collaborate with the engineering team to develop solutions for component non-compliance in production applications.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance process efficiency while maintaining robust documentation standards.Lead 5S activities within the additive manufacturing facility.Work with additive manufacturing technicians to complete preventative maintenance schedules for all AM systems.Oversee goods in/out activities, including material stock checks, ordering of materials, spare parts, and consumables, along with recycling and waste material disposal.Develop, maintain, and present performance and quality-related KPIs.Coordinate with external service providers to ensure ..... full job details .....
