Over 20 years, we''ve built a thriving recovery culture, and we want you to help it grow.What You''ll Do as an Addictions Counsellor:Manage a caseload, creating tailored recovery plans and risk assessments.Deliver structured group sessions and individual 1:1 support.Provide a full range of psycho-social interventions to meet client needs.Support reintegration into the community, helping residents build sustainable recovery.Oversee admissions, accompany clients on external activities, and supervise medication self-administration.Carry out drug and alcohol testing, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively across the team.What We''re Looking For:Minimum Level 4 counselling qualification with practical experience.Understanding of holistic recovery needs, beyond immediate therapeutic supportCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Creative, ..... full job details .....
