Adaptations SurveyorAre you a qualified Surveyor proficient with CAD and experienced in the delivery of disability facilities grants looking for a new challenge? If so, this London based role could be for you.Who will you be joining?Local Authority team delivering life changing adaptations for those that need them are in need of additional support to keep up with a growing demand in the borough.What will you do?

Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:To act as project co-ordinator for all commissioned disabled adaptationsTo prepare technical schedules of work, specifications and drawings using AutoCAD.To liaise with all external parties involved in disability grants including Clients and Medical professionals.To manage works from inspection to completionTo co-ordinate and submit applications for planning permission and building regulations approval where appropriate.What do you need?

To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:Qualified to degree level in SurveyingAffiliation with relevant industry bodiesPrevious experience of disability grants and local authoritiesBe located within a commutable distance for site visitsProficient in the use of AutoCADHow will you benefit?
