About The RoleFootballco is seeking an Ad and Programmatic Ops Executive to work across two teams that are responsible for the successful delivery of revenue across direct sold campaigns and indirect revenue. You will support the set up, monitoring, and analysis of campaign performance, across display, video and app that run across Footballco’s portfolio of websites. You will also work closely with the programmatic team on implementing new partners and driving revenue. This role will need to handle multiple requests from different teams internally so attention to detail and organisational skills are imperative. The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator with an aptitude and hunger to learn new technologies and a proactive approach.What You''ll be doing:Work with various internal departments to implement and oversee the delivery of ad campaigns across display, video and appTest, traffic and troubleshoot new creatives and 3rd party trackingProactively optimise campaigns at regular intervals and communicate delivery concernsProvide internal and external technical support for campaign related issuesConduct regular discrepancy checks and trouble-shoot any technical issuesDeliver campaign reports and regular metric based reporting to all areas of the businessReconcile delivery figures and handle any additional billing queriesSupport the technical implementation of programmatic and ad tech integrations across Footballco’s portfolioManage and prioritise own workload, take ownership of all assigned tasks and provide output within the deadlinesIdentify and escalate issues ahead of time to help reduce financial implicationsWhat you have:0-2 years in an operations role at a publisher, media owner or ad tech vendorAbility to multi-taskExperience with Google Ad Manager and/or SSPs/ad tech vendorsProblem solving approach and the ability to think criticallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised, with the ability to prioritise and efficient in time managementPositive, proactive attitude and enthusiasticHigh Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliabilitySignificant proficiency in ExcelSome experience using debugging tools, such as Charles and Fiddler (not essential)Use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Core Web Vitals)Experience working with OMS/CRMsFootballco is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
