Ad-Hoc Refuse Loader

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for ad-hoc Refuse Loaders / Refuse Collectors to work in Fareham. Duties to include, but not limited to: Working as part of a refuse team collecting wheelie bins of domestic waste. Following a refuse vehicle around housing routes. Safely loading bins into vehicles. Working on glass and/or garden waste. Please be aware that this is a physically demanding job that will require you to walk up to and above 10 miles per day. Job and finish with shifts starting as early as 05:30am. Due to early starts, own transport or living locally would be highly essential. Please note that this is an ad hoc job role and not guaranteed to be 5 shifts every week. This job role will require you to be on standby for various days throughout the working week. You also may be called into work at short notice and required to get ready and be at the depot within an hour. 12.85 per hour, weekly pay.
