Ad-Hoc Refuse Loader

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for ad-hoc Refuse Loaders / Refuse Collectors to work in Fareham.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Working as part of a refuse team collecting wheelie bins of domestic waste.
• Following a refuse vehicle around housing routes.
• Safely loading bins into vehicles.
• Working on glass and/or garden waste.

Please be aware that this is a physically demanding job that will require you to walk up to and above 10 miles per day.

Job and finish with shifts starting as early as 05:30am.

Due to early starts, own transport or living locally would be highly essential.

• Please note that this is an ad hoc job role and not guaranteed to be 5 shifts every week.
• This job role will require you to be on standby for various days throughout the working week.
• You also may be called into work at short notice and required to get ready and be at the depot within an hour.

-12.85 per hour, weekly pay.
