Ad Hoc Receptionists

Our client based in central Reading often require ad-hoc receptionist / host cover several times a month on an on-going basis.If you are looking for summer work or ad-hoc/casual Reception / Administrator work at sometimes short notice, we would like to hear from you! Sometimes this can be half days or full days or occasional full weeks. Due to the central location in Reading - Please note there is no parking on site. You will be required to:Answer the phone, direct or take messages as required.Receive and sort incoming mail and ensure that all outgoing mail is ready for collection. Meet and great all visitors and advise the correct member of staff of their arrival.Ad-hoc duties as requested.It is essential the receptionists are professional and reliable with some strong communication skills, previous reception or customer service experience would be desirable. ..... full job details .....
