The role requires an experienced Acumatica application consultant, who is clearly focused on continuous improvement, and is process driven to ensure that the customer experience continues to be better tomorrow. As part of the larger Professional Services team, this role is specifically focused on the application consultancy required to deliver finance, manufacturing, construction and distribution solutions, as well as in-life projects for existing customers, including 3rd party solution, integrations and software development. We must always be mindful of quality challenges, rework levels where utilisation of resources can be impacted, more importantly the customer experience may be affected leading to complaints. Key Responsibilities Planning Understanding the order with the Sales Person and Project Lead. Clear definition of the ''key deliverables'' from a customer perspective. Attending the kick-off with the customer, walking the customer through the solution as understood. Highlight any obvious commercial variances from kick-off expectations.
