Activity Support Worker - Helping People Live Well with Young Onset Dementia

At Younger People with Dementia (YPWD), we support adults diagnosed with young onset dementia (diagnosed under the age of 65) to remain active, connected and independent through meaningful activities, one-to-one support and community programmes. This isn''t a personal care role. It''s about helping people continue to live well, enjoy life and do the things that matter most to them. What You''ll Do As part of our friendly and supportive team, you''ll help deliver a wide range of engaging activities, from art, walking and singing to katakanuing, reader groups and community outings. You''ll also provide one-to-one support, help plan future sessions and complete the records that enable us to deliver safe, high-quality services. No two days are the same, and we''re looking for someone who enjoys variety, uses their initiative and loves helping others have fun.
