This role will be working an average of 20 hours per week, contracted to 80 hours per month. The role will work on a flexible shift pattern across seven days of the week, based on the needs of the service. The typical working pattern will consist of: 2 x 8-hour shifts one week 3 x 8-hour shifts the following week This provides flexibility to ensure therapeutic activities and meaningful engagement are available to patients throughout the week, including weekends.
