We re looking for an Activity Coordinator to create and deliver an exciting programme for young people aged , helping them discover their strengths, build confidence and take positive steps towards employment, education or training. From sport and creative projects to technology, gaming, outdoor activities, employer experiences and community projects, you ll bring energy and purpose to every session. You ll be responsible for creating a programme that is engaging, inclusive and genuinely useful to young people. Plan and deliver fun, purposeful group and one-to-one activities. Help young people develop confidence, communication, teamwork, resilience and workplace skills. Turn interests and everyday activities into opportunities to discover and demonstrate transferable skills.
