This is a vital role within the Home, where you will play an important role in creating a warm, stimulating and engaging environment for our residents.You will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied programme of activities that promotes social interaction, independence, wellbeing and quality of life, while ensuring that activities are meaningful and tailored to the individual interests, abilities and preferences of each resident.The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week.Ideal candidate:Plan and deliver a varied programme of meaningful activities that reflects the needs and interests of residents.Experience and a passion for Arts and Drama-related activities.Develop and maintain a varied and engaging weekly/monthly activities programme.Adapt activities to accommodate different physical abilities, cognitive abilities, ..... full job details .....
