Activities Coordinator Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour Location: Hayes Cottage, Hayes, UB3 2RR About Us Serencroft Care Homes is an independent care provider operating five residential and nursing homes across England, including Hayes Cottage in Hayes. We are CQC-regulated and B Corp certified, and we work in partnership with NHS commissioners and local universities to provide high-quality, person-centred care. We''re looking for a creative, enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to help plan and deliver engaging activities for the residents and staff who call Hayes Cottage home. The Role As our Activities Coordinator, you''ll be responsible for planning, organising and delivering a varied programme of social, recreational and therapeutic activities for residents at Hayes Cottage. You''ll work closely with residents, families and the wider care team to ensure activities are person-centred, and help ensure the home meets health and safety standards playing an important behind-the-scenes role in the comfort and wellbeing of our residents.
