You will be working in a fantastic 36 Bed Residential Care Home on the North Shore for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents and its staff first. · PART TIME – 30 hours per week. (5 x 9.30am-4.00pm).

· You must have experience of planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting.

Overview

· We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.

· You will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.

· You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.

· Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential.
