Position: Activities Coordinator-

Location: Sale, Greater Manchester (M33)

Pay:12.38 per hour.

Job type: Full time, permanent

Working hours: 10.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and you may have to work on weekends.-

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Activities Coordinator to join our outstanding team supporting various service users with complex care needs.-

Main Duties

  • Working with service users on a 1-2-1 basis.
  • To provide meaningful and stimulating activities for all service users.
  • Liaising with outside agencies
  • Hold and record weekly meetings to plan and deliver activity programs with service users.
  • To be mindful of any birthdays and resident of the day.
  • You will complete activities in house to include stimulation such as quizzes, mind games, puzzles, arts and crafts, board games etc.
  • To arrange local trips out.
  • Use social media

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in activity planning.
  • Drivers preferable with business insurance
  • Experience working within a care home.-
