This role is all about improving the quality of life of residents by delivering creative, meaningful and person-centred activities. Most residents are living with dementia, so we''re looking for someone with patience, empathy and plenty of imagination. You do not need previous experience as an Activities Coordinator. If you have experience supporting older people or individuals living with dementia and enjoy engaging with others, we would love to hear from you. This position would suit someone from a creative background, a drama or performing arts student, an experienced care worker looking for a new challenge, or someone who has retired and wants to make a real difference.
