Responsibilities and Duties Planning meaningful activities, entertainment, celebrations and events. Creating experiences around residents interests, hobbies and life stories. Organising outings, gardening and community activities. Building relationships with local schools, community groups and organisations. Working with families to create a strong sense of belonging.
