You will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and client needs.Job responsibilitiesAssists in the product lifecycle management for Actionboards, from concept to deploymentCollaborates with Technology, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful integration with Transact (T24)Gathers and analyzes user feedback and market trends to inform product enhancements and new featuresSupports the prioritization of product features and enhancements, balancing client needs and business objectivesContributes to the development of training materials and supports resources to drive product adoptionMonitors product performance and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvementParticipates in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on product developmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in product management within financial services operations or technologyStrong understanding of back-office systemsStrong knowledge of trade life cycle associated with OTC and AlternativeExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-makingBachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related fieldPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPrevious experience with Murex or FM3Familiarity with User Experience and design thinking principlesAbout UsJ.P.
