Acting Team Leader

We are looking for a confident Acting Care and Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You''ll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Outwood. You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some as a team leader, allocating duties, medication, supporting the running of the service and demonstrating best practice. Located in Horsforth, a charming village in the suburbs of Leeds, Outwood is a specialist residential service for adults. We provide outcome focused care for individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives.
