ACT Qualified Pharmacy Technician Required We are seeking an experienced ACT Qualified Pharmacy Technician for a 6 month contract. Key Responsibilities Provide ward-based pharmacy support to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.Support the medicines reconciliation process and maintain accurate patient medication records.Liaise with pharmacists, nursing staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care.Assist with the supply, ordering, and management of medicines on hospital wards.Use hospital systems, including Cerner and JAC, to update and maintain patient and medication information.Ensure compliance with NHS policies, medicines management procedures, and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks as required.Deliver a high standard of patient-focused care while working in a fast-paced ward environment. Essential Requirements: ACT qualificationMinimum 2 years'' NHS ward experienceStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience using hospital systems such as Cerner and JACExcellent organisational and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced technician to work within a busy NHS environment.
