Acoustic Tilers Plymouth We are seeking a team of Acoustic Tilers for on-going work in Devonport, Plymouth . Immediate starts available.This role requires a SC clearance which will need to be obtained however we can consider candidates with BPSS.Requirements:Carry out acoustic tiling duties in line with project specifications, training, and safety standardsFollow all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and complete POWRA assessments prior to workEnsure correct PPE is worn and maintain a safe working environment at all timesSupport safe execution of work by adhering to company procedures, emergency instructions, and "T Card" processesOperate tools and equipment safely, including hand tools and specialist mechanical equipment (e.g. vacuum systems, mixers )Conduct pre-use equipment checks and report any defects promptlyMinimise material wastage and ensure efficient use of resources - Comply with QA/QC and DefStan requirements, including accurate recording of materials and batch numbersMonitor and support environmental controls and readings in line with project requirements What you will bring:Proven experience in acoustic tilingDefence Standard 08-121 Issue 3 Method 2 Acoustic Tiling certificate is preferred but training will be provided to requalifyStrong understanding of health and safety practices within a site environmentFlexible and adaptable approach to changing work demandsAwareness of quality standards and environmental considerationsPay Rates:Basic: 15.24 to ..... full job details .....
