This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Acoustic Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:Conducting inspections of vacant commercial units to assess the make-up of separating walls and floors, identifying areas of acoustic weakness.Performing environmental noise surveys and acoustic testing for buildings, which may occasionally require night-time work.Undertaking acoustic assessments and preparing detailed technical reports.QualificationsThe ideal Acoustic Consultant will possess the following qualifications and attributes: A degree or qualification in acoustics.Membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) is desirable.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Strong technical and written communication skills.A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.Prior experience in acoustics is advantageous but not mandatory, as full on-the-job ..... full job details .....
