Achieving for Children - Senior SW - LAC Team - £39.04 p/h U

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Looked After Children Team for Achieving for Children. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of Looked After Children, ensuring their needs are assessed and appropriate care plans are implemented. Undertake statutory visits and maintain consistent engagement with children, young people, and their carers. Complete high-quality assessments, pathway plans, and permanency plans to support long-term stability. Prepare reports for statutory reviews, court proceedings, and planning meetings where required. Work in partnership with foster carers, residential services, education, and health professionals. Support children and young people in achieving positive outcomes in relation to education, health, and emotional wellbeing. Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced staff within the team where appropriate.
