The successful candidate will ideally have strong communication skills, previous experience working in a Bookkeeping position, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing payments and preparing job documentation, including invoicesRecording daily financial transactions, including sales, repairs, parts, and customer paymentsLogging customer jobs, repair ordersOrganising receipts, job sheets, purchase records, MOT paperwork, and warranty documentsAssisting with month-end and year-end closing activitiesManaging accounts payable, including supplier invoices for parts and materialsManaging accounts receivable, including unpaid customer invoices and payment remindersWelcoming customers and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerHandling incoming calls, directing enquiries appropriately, and providing assistance where requiredScheduling vehicle bookings and maintaining accurate recordsOrdering parts as requested by technical staffCompleting data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheet and office softwareSupporting general administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and document organisationMaintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised reception areaAssisting colleagues with clerical duties as neededHandling sensitive information ..... full job details .....
