Accounts Technician

Our Client is a leading heating equipment supplier. Due to an increase in contracts, they have an opportunity for an Accounts Technician to join their team. You will be based in the office 1 day per week with the option to WFH 2 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a varied role within a supportive environment, working closely with the wider business to manage day-to-day finance operations. Key Responsibilites Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Xero accounting software. Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Manage credit control processes and monitor customer accounts. Monitor cash flow and support effective financial planning. Process supplier payments and manage supplier accounts. Maintain and review customer credit limits. Access banking systems to complete daily supplier payments. Process payroll for employees across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (experience desirable). Essential Criteria Previous experience using Xero, Sage, or similar accounting systems. Relevant finance qualification such as Accounts Technician, or currently working towards a professional accounting qualification. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
