Role Type: Interim with potential to become permanentWorking Hours: Full TimeCompany OverviewOur client is a fast growing Managed Service Provider specialising in Business Communications for businesses across the UK.As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Management Accountant and Accounting Team Lead to support the finance function, improve financial visibility and provide day-to-day leadership to a small finance team.Role OverviewThis is a hands-on role responsible for management accounting, team leadership, credit control oversight, cashflow management and process improvement.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the finance function operates efficiently, producing accurate and timely financial information whilst supporting the wider business with commercial insight and financial control.This role would suit an experienced Management Accountant, Finance Team Leader or Accounting Team Lead who enjoys working in a growing SME environment and is comfortable balancing operational accounting responsibilities with team management and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement Accounting and ReportingPrepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow reporting.Produce meaningful financial analysis and commentary for senior management.Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Monitor business performance and investigate variances against budget and ..... full job details .....
