Accounts Senior / Accounts Asst Manager - SUPERB ROLEMcGinnis Loy Associates is proud to be working with a fast-growing Top30 Accountancy Practice who are looking to strengthen their Rural Business Client Accounts team and recruit a Qualified ACA or Qualified ACCA Accounts Senior / Assistant Manager for their growing offices near Cheltenham. Working within the farming, agriculture and rural estates team, it is a client-focused accountancy and advisory role reporting to one of the Accounting Managers. Key duties include:Delivering expert accountancy and tax guidance to farmers, landowners and related agri-businesses across the UK.Managing your own client portfolio which may include agricultural enterprises, rural estates and landowners, food production and agribusinesses, farming and equestrian businesses.Overseeing the preparation, completion and analysis of annual accounts and business tax computations.Providing advice on annual remuneration planning and profit forecasts for various businesses.Advising clients within the farming sector on capital taxes and review of VAT returns.Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value, both in respect of tax planning and broader commercial objectives.Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
