We are exclusively recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Accounts Supervisor to lead our client''s Accounts team and ensure robust financial management and control across the business. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day financial operations while contributing strategically to the company''s long-term objectives. We''ve recruited for this company for 16+ years and really enjoy recruiting for the Finance Director. The company has over a £100m turnover, they''re very successful and expanding. As part of your role, you will manage a team of four (1 Supervisor and 3 Accounts staff) and work closely with Directors and Managers to ensure financial commitments are met, risks are controlled, and reporting is accurate and timely.
