Trial Balance are delighted to be working with a highly-regarded and successful accountancy practice with a strong presence across the South-west, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Senior to join their Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountancy practice accountant to become part of a successful and expanding team, working with a varied portfolio of clients and enjoying plenty of scope for professional development. As Accounts Senior, your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies - Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments where required - Preparing personal and corporate tax returns - Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact for their accounting and taxation requirements - Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team - Working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure assignments are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines The successful Accounts Senior will: Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident across accounts preparation and taxation work.
