Accounts Senior

Sheridan Maine is looking for a skilled Accounts Senior to join a dynamic accounting practice in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base and progress your accounting career in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities.

- Prepare and review statutory accounts for a variety of clients.
- Manage bookkeeping and ensure accuracy in client financial records.
- Assist with VAT returns and other compliance matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients to obtain information and resolve queries.
- Support the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.

- Ensure all deadlines are met with high-quality work.

What we’re looking for.

- Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Strong experience in accounts preparation and client management.
- Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
