The ideal candidate needs to be confident in the production of accounts, ideally coming from an established practice background. This role has some brilliant scope for progression, with a pathway through to Partnership.What will you be doing?Preparation of limited company accounts under FRS102/FRS105 Preparation of corporation tax returns, including capital allowances adjustments etcHandling company secretarial work, including annual confirmation statementsAssisting with company formations and maintain compliance with regulationsUse of software such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks to simplify accounts processesPreparation of VAT returnsLiaise with clients to provide advice and support on financial mattersAssist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgetsKeeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practices in accountancy What skills are we looking for?Strong experience in an accountancy practice, ideally with a focus on limited company accountsIdeally AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA.
