Accounts Senior / Senior Accountant (Practice) - Accounts and Tax ACCA / ACA / AAT / QBEA growing accountancy practice in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior / Practice Accountant to join its team. This role is ideal for an ACCA or AAT qualified accountant (or QBE with strong practice experience) who is confident delivering accounts preparation and tax work for a varied client portfolio.You will be responsible for managing your own clients, delivering high-quality year-end accounts and tax returns, and supporting a collaborative team in a modern, cloud-based practice environment.Role OverviewThis is a hands-on Accounts Senior / Accountant role in practice, where you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.You will work across accounts preparation, corporation tax, personal tax, VAT, and management reporting, using cloud accounting tools such as Xero.This is a role that combines technical compliance work with increasing client responsibility and progression opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole tradersComplete corporation tax and personal tax returnsSupport VAT returns and bookkeeping as requiredManage your own client portfolio and act as key point of contactWork closely with senior managers to meet deadlines and workflow targetsReview and support junior team members where appropriateAssist with management accountsUse cloud ..... full job details .....
