Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly articulate, experiencedAccounts and Tax Senior Manage a portfolio of clients and help drive our practice forward.The RoleReporting directly to the Directors, this is a pivotal, high-visibility role within our practice offering significant responsibility and clear progression. You will act as a key advisor to clients while working collaboratively within our dynamic team to support senior leadership in growing the firm.Key Responsibilities:• Client Portfolio Management:Acting as the primary contact for a designated portfolio, delivering proactive service and advice.• Bookkeeping:• Accounts and Tax Compliance:Preparing and reviewing statutory year-end accounts, corporation tax, personal tax, and VAT preparation using Iris and Xero.• Tax Planning:Identifying and executing tax-efficient structures and planning opportunities for clients.• Practice Development:Working closely with the Directors to identify new business opportunities, onboard clients, and expand service lines.• Team Leadership and Training:Managing junior staff, reviewing their work, and assisting Directors with internal training and ..... full job details .....
