Accounts Senior

Reed Practice are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious newly qualified Accountant for an established client in the Horsham who are looking to expand their team. This role is ideal for someone who is ACCA or ACA qualified and has a strong background in handling all aspects of SME clients.Day-to-day of the role:Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies from a variety of bookkeeping packages.Handle associated tax compliance for both company and personal accounts.Prepare management accounts.Develop relationships with clients with the aim of establishing your own portfolio of cases.Work independently and meet deadlines as necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications:ACCA or ICAEW qualification.Minimum of 4 years of practice experience.Extensive experience dealing with all aspects of SME clients.Strong working knowledge of mainstream bookkeeping packages including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.Proficiency in Excel.Excellent communication skills and a desire to build solid relationships with a continually expanding and varied client base.Ability to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines when necessary.Benefits:Highly competitive salary packageGenerous pension scheme.4x salary life cover.25 days holiday plus annual Christmas shut-down.Excellent progression and training opportunities.An exciting opportunity to join this long established and friendly team so don''t delay apply ..... full job details .....
