Accounts Senior - North West London Location: North West London Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Hours: Flexible working available The Opportunity A well-established and growing accountancy practice in North West London is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Senior to join its team. The practice has a strong client-focused approach and works with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and property investors across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant looking to broaden their experience, develop their client portfolio and take on greater responsibility within a supportive and progressive environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and finalise statutory accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 105. Prepare and oversee management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage accounting assignments from planning through to completion. Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines. Manage client queries and maintain strong client relationships. Supervise, train and mentor junior members of the team. Provide guidance and feedback to support the development of junior staff. Assist partners and managers with ad hoc accounting projects. Contribute to process improvements and the continued development of the practice.
