Accounts Senior, Oxfordshire A well-regarded and growing accountancy practice in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an experienced accounts senior to join their friendly and professional team. The role: Preparing year-end accounts for a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, limited companies, sole traders and partnerships Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns Supporting clients with general accounting queries and providing hands-on advice where needed Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns prepared by junior staff Assisting with mentoring and supporting junior team members Liaising with clients, HMRC and other external stakeholders About you: Experienced in accounts preparation within a UK accountancy practice Comfortable managing a portfolio of SME clients Confident communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues Ideally ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience Strong working knowledge of accounting and tax software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, CCH, IRIS, etc.) A team player with a proactive and organised approach What s on offer: Competitive salary depending on experience Hybrid working with flexibility to support work-life balance Supportive and inclusive team environment Opportunities for career development within a growing firm ..... full job details .....
