Accounts Senior, Accountancy Practice, Oxfordshire A friendly, independent accountancy practice in Oxfordshire is looking to welcome an experienced Accounts Senior to the team. You ll be joining a growing firm that works with a broad range of owner-managed businesses, where personal service and practical advice are the focus. If you re an experienced practice accountant who enjoys getting stuck in and seeing the real impact of your work, this could be the perfect next step. The role: Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Completing and reviewing VAT returns Assisting with management accounts and client reporting Supporting a varied portfolio of clients with day-to-day queries and advice Liaising directly with clients to build trusted relationships Using software including Xero, QuickBooks and IRIS What we re looking for: Solid experience in a UK accountancy practice AAT qualified or ACA or ACCA part or fully qualified Confident preparing accounts and VAT returns independently Personable, client-facing and happy communicating directly with business owners Organised and proactive with a flexible, team-focused approach What s on offer: A welcoming, client-first practice with a positive team atmosphere Genuine variety and autonomy in your role A ..... full job details .....
