The firm supports a diverse portfolio of business clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, and offers a collaborative environment.As a Accounts Senior you will be taking responsibility for delivering high quality accounts preparation and tax compliance services across a varied client portfolio. You will manage work from planning through to completion, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients while supporting junior team members and contributing to business development activities. This Accounts Senior role offers an excellent balance of technical accounting, tax compliance and client facing work, with scope to broaden your expertise and progress within the firm.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of clients, delivering accounts preparation and tax compliance servicesPreparing draft statutory accounts and tax computations for manager or partner reviewProducing VAT returns and providing clear, practical VAT advice to clientsPreparing personal, partnership and corporation tax returns, including capital gains computationsMaintaining regular client contact, building strong and trusted relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to provide additional services and support business developmentSupporting company secretarial work, including Companies House filings and statutory recordsMentoring and reviewing the ..... full job details .....
