Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied portfolio of clients across accounts, tax, and advisory servicesDeliver accounts assignments to Partner review, ensuring high technical standardsOversee workflow, deadlines, budgets, WIP, and billingAct as a key point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationshipsLead client meetings and provide commercial and technical adviceReview work completed by junior team members and support staff developmentAssist with technical queries, tax matters, and advisory projectsSupport the day-to-day management and development of the wider teamKey RequirementsACA or ACCA qualified with 5+ years'' post-qualified practice experienceStrong accounts and tax knowledge with experience managing client assignmentsExperience reviewing work and developing junior staff and supporting ManagersKnowledge of accounting software including IRIS, Xero, Sage, and QuickBooksOrganised, commercially aware, and able to ..... full job details .....
