The Role As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for managing a vibrant portfolio of SME clients. Your role involves preparing accurate statutory accounts, management reports, and tax computations, ensuring compliance with UK standards. You will work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver a proactive, efficient service, supporting the business with ad hoc projects and key deadlines. Manage client portfolios, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Prepare management accounts and financial reports in line with UK GAAP, FRS102, and IFRS. Draft corporation and personal tax computations, liaising with HMRC and clients. Support month-end, year-end, and statutory audit processes. Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax legislation. Liaise with clients and colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
