The Candidate - You will be minimum of AAT Level 4 qualified (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of recent experience in a practice environment. You should be confident preparing accounts and tax returns across a range of client types, comfortable liaising directly with clients, and capable of supporting and mentoring more junior team members.
