Your new role
As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts in line with FRS 102A and FRS 105.
• Drafting associated tax computations.
• Providing bookkeeping services and supporting clients with bookkeeping-related queries.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building strong working relationships.
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
• Advising clients on a variety of accounting and business-related matters.
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality client service.

What you''ll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA qualified, AAT qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Minimum of 5 years'' accountancy practice experience.
• Strong experience preparing accounts for a range of owner-managed businesses.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Proficient user of Xero.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, Dext and CCH would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client deadlines.
