The Role Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and delivering a broad range of accountancy, VAT, and tax services. Key responsibilities will include:Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for a variety of SME clientsPreparing personal and corporate tax computations and returnsManaging VAT compliance, including preparation and review of VAT returnsProviding day-to-day support and advice to clients on accounting and tax mattersBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with clientsAssisting clients with queries and providing proactive advice where appropriateSupporting more junior members of the team where requiredManaging your own workload and ensuring deadlines are consistently achievedAbout You The ideal candidate will be an experienced practice accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and is looking for a role within a friendly and established environment.
