You''re someone who knows how to prepare limited company accounts with confidence. You ve worked in a busy accountancy practice before, and you re comfortable using Xero, along with other accountancy software. Not only are you technically sharp, but you also enjoy mentoring junior staff and supporting their growth. You''re confident meeting clients face-to-face, able to handle sensitive or complex queries professionally and with care. Whether you''re on-site or on the phone, you represent your firm with credibility and clarity. You stay current with attending webinars, learning continuously, and keeping your knowledge fresh.
