You will be technically competent, a team orientated people person and have a desire to develop the knowledge of yourself and others. Responsibilities - will vary depending on the level of hire:Controlling on an annual basis the professional work required on a range of accounts jobs ensuring that all internal, client and legislative deadlines are met.Ensuring the firm''s standard processes are used in the production of accounts work in all aspectsEnsuring technical standards are maintained at all times and technically proficient to answer questions from the team.Management of jobs within your portfolio and the staff working on those jobs.
