Accounts Semi SeniorLocation: Newton-le-WillowsSalary: £27,000 - £32,000 DOEWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Semi Senior to join an established accountancy practice in Newton-le-Willows.This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts professional with 2-3 years'' experience gained within an accountancy practice who is looking to continue developing their technical skills and progress their career within practice.The successful candidate will ideally be part-qualified ACA or ACCA and will have strong experience in accounts preparation. Previous audit experience would be advantageous, although this is not essential.Key Responsibilities Prepare accounts for a varied portfolio of clients Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies Prepare accounts for sole traders and partnerships Ensure accounts are prepared accurately and in accordance with relevant accounting standards Assist with tax compliance work where required Liaise with clients regarding accounts preparation and routine accounting queries Work closely with senior members of the team to ensure client deadlines are met Manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively Assist with audit assignments where required Contribute to the wider accounts team and support the delivery of a high-quality service to clientsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise 2-3 years'' experience within an accountancy practice ACA or ACCA part-qualified Strong experience in preparing company, sole trader and partnership ..... full job details .....
