Accounts Semi Senior

TPF Recruitment, Kent''s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is working on behalf of a growing firm of chartered accountants based in Maidstone. The firm is seeking an Accounts Semi Senior to join their team. This is an exciting position where you will work with a range of sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies, providing them with a mixed statutory account, management accounts and tax service. Preparation of Management Accounts: Ensure timely and accurate reporting for a diverse range of SME clients. Assisting with Financial Statements: Support the preparation of statutory accounts for clients. Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment Tax Returns: Prepare tax computations for directors and companies for review by the Corporate Tax Manager. Liaising with Clients and HMRC: Provide excellent communication and support on behalf of clients to ensure compliance and resolve queries. Improving Processes: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of processes and workflows within the team. Training and Mentoring: Assist in the development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment. Requirements Requirements Accounts Semi Senior Qualifications: qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience with at least 3 years of experience in accounts and management accounts.
