Senior Accounts Receivable AssistantSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + 10% Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Hemel Hempstead - hybrid workingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a dynamic finance team, taking full ownership of AR activities across multiple legal entities.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving cashflow, strengthening credit control processes, and driving financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable and Customer ManagementManage end-to-end AR processes across five entitiesMaintain accurate customer master dataAllocate customer payments promptly and accuratelyResolve billing and payment queries with internal teamsCredit Control and Cash CollectionProactively manage aged debt and collectionsIssue statements and dunning letters in line with policyProduce and maintain rolling 3-month cashflow forecastsReporting and ControlsPrepare AR reports, reconciliations, and variance analysisSupport monthly and quarterly Group reportingCalculate bad debt provisions at month-endEngage with stakeholders to review performance and risksProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement AR process improvementsUtilise systems and tools to drive efficiency and reporting accuracyAbout YouMinimum 7 years'' experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit ControlExperience working across multi-entity and multi-currency environmentsStrong Excel and ERP system ..... full job details .....
