• Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process
• Raising customer invoices and ensuring timely billing
• Managing cash collections and resolving customer queries
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
• Producing month-end reconciliations and aged debt reporting
• Supporting audits and identifying process improvements

• Previous Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger or Credit Control experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
• Good Excel and finance systems experience
• A proactive approach and a desire to continuously improve processes
