This role is not just about managing day-to-day AR operations - it''s about shaping and improving processes, driving efficiency, and influencing how the function supports the wider business. You''ll take ownership of the end-to-end AR cycle, mentor your team, and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales, and Customer Service. We''re looking for someone who is confident in their expertise and ready to bring in their own ideas and processes to enhance performance and deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Accounts Receivable professionalsManage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, cash allocation, and dispute resolutionProactively manage aged debt, driving improvements in DSO and overall cash flowBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) and external customersOwn and enhance AR policies, procedures, and internal controlsProduce regular AR reporting, KPIs, and cash flow forecasts for senior managementSupport month-end close activities and ensure compliance with accounting standardsDrive process improvements, systems optimisation, and automation initiativesAbout YouProven ..... full job details .....
